& i asked God to allow me to write
something that he would get all the
glory from...
this def wasnt me....
God just took over my thoughts &
this is what he brought out
i use to write everything out of emotion/ but now i think its time for my devotion/ Christ died & he rose again/ just so that he could mend/ our broken relationship with his father/ but us lovin sin, livin in sin only makes it harder/ the world offers us the "goodlife" the fast cars, & bright lights, but we've lost sight of whats right/ if we makin money we dont mind goin left/ all the while failing to realize that if Christ came back right now/ you would get LEFT/ you claim you love GOD but you doing everything he hates/ at this rate we gone be bidding for souls on ebay/ or winning free souls in a ticket giveaway/ you say you believe he died on the cross/ but if that was the case you wouldnt be walking around tryna be the next rick ross/ you say you understand the price he paid/ yet you wont teach his word unless ya pockets getting paid or you gettin praised/you walking around with so much pride/ but aint that what got satan kicked out in the first place/ so what makes you think yo pride'll get you through heavens gates/ so be for you go saying you love the GOD i serve, let me give you the word/ you see my GOD sent his only son to die for my sins/ you know the one who left his throne in heaven just to become flesh/ all so that we'd have a chance to overcome death/ i walk with JESUS not kanye west/ yes, the one who was bruised, battered, and tormented all for the sins WE committed/ wait you my know him from the miracles/ like healing the sick, raising the dead/ stopping the cycle of a women who continuously bled/ i can go on for days and everything that i tell you about JESUS CHRIST will leave you amazed/ so before you go saying you love my GOD/ think about the things of the world that have become yo god/ if i was you i'd feel robbed too// but wait there's still hope something you can do/ give GOD ya life/ surrender it all/ imagine life before the fall/ cuz that's what loving God offers you/ cus thats what loving my God offers you//so before you go saying you love my GOD/ think of the things of the world that have become yo god

Artisha, that was very real & compelling. I luv 2 see & hear young people giving God his props, you know this world is temporary & 2 many people are caught up in the false highs of this life....God has brought me from a long way & I am proud of you young sista!!!!
