DAY 1 of "NO MORE JUNK "...

Sooooooo...
Me & my Best Friend decided that we are going to say no to
Junk Food & HELLO to Healthy eating. Yes this means
no more fast food; no more microwaving unless its left overs ;)
we now use our stove very often.
Which isn't bad at all because i Loooove to cook :)


We also vowed to workout @ 10am everyday for an hour
Billy is definitely kicking our butts...we are so out of
shape; if only you guys could see us trying to keep up. lol



So from here; ill be sharing my recipes (i love to just put things together)
& our experiences on the road to getting in shape & being healthy !!

DAY UNO !!
-carrots
-celery
-one can of cream of chicken (you can use any flavor)
-Chicken broth (use as much as you like)
-boneless chicken tenders (chicken breast is fine)
-red potatoes
-& a lil bit of seasoning
